"display on all desktops" not working on Intel macs

I have G4 and Intel macs. On the G4 I can display a window on all desktops, but this feature doesn’t work on the the Intel ones. This is also a problem with the original Desktop Manager from which Virtue is derived.

A couple of simple features that I would appreciate: 1. A keyboard sequence that goes back to the previous desktop. 2. The desktop names listed in the top menu bar as entry buttons, and with keyboard shortcuts.
